Membership Policies
What to Know
Minimum Commitment
Memberships require a minimum 90-day commitment before cancellation. No long-term contracts beyond the initial 90-day period.
Cancellation Notice
30 days written notice is required to cancel. One additional monthly charge will be applied following notice of cancellation.
Payment & Billing
An active credit card on file is required for monthly charges. Delayed payments may incur administrative fees. Recurring failed payments may result in membership termination.
Lab & Product Costs
Functional laboratory testing, cash-price labs, nutraceutical IV therapies, and supplement products are not covered under membership fees and are billed separately.
